Yet, nutrition has been made overly complicated through social media and "nutrition" experts. I have spent the last 10 years of my academic and professional career to learn what the research truly says about sport nutrition so you don't have too.

From my first time volunteering with data entry in undergrad, I fell in love with the research process which has brought me here today!
