1-on-1 Nutrition Coaching

When you work with me, you'll receive a structured program designed to set a strong foundation, support your progress, and optimize your performance. Here’s how the program is structured:

Biweekly Coaching Calls First Month: 45-minute calls to dive deep into your needs, set the foundation, and create a tailored plan.

Months 2-3: 30-minute biweekly calls to check progress, make adjustments, and fine-tune strategies.


Included in your coaching package are specific plans tailored to your performance goals:

 I currently do not accept insurance, but you can use your HSA/FSA card for these appointments. Additionally, I can provide a SuperBill for you, which does require you to submit payment first, but you may submit it to your insurance company to potentially receive reimbursement. If this was of interest, please bring it up during your 15 minute discovery call here. It is your responsibility to check your benefits and coverage with your insurance provider.

Do you accept insurance?

I am a Registered Dietitian, which means that I uphold the highest standards of dietetics by passing my national exams and maintain continuing education and ethical training.

What are your qualifications to conduct nutrition services?

Absolutely not! Fueling works around your food preferences, choices, accessibility, and budget. All foods can & should fit into an athlete’s diet (as long as they don't interfere with your health). As the practitioner, I will always encourage you to keep your favorite food in your diet, but there will never be any force-feeding, shaming, guilt-tripping, or any other unproductive modalities. 

Do I have to restrict my favorite foods?

Meal plans in isolation rarely work for sustainable changes, and I want to see you succeed! While my clients may receive a meal plans, the goal is to build in flexibility and adaptability around it is where skills are developed and sustained for lifelong changes.

Can you just write me a meal plan?
